Planning Process for the B\u00fcrgewald Masterplan<\/h2>\n
The evening focused on involving interested parties in the planning process for the B\u00fcrgewald Master Plan. The event served as a platform for sharing preliminary planning proposals in urban development, landscape design, and mobility, and for discussing alternative development perspectives for B\u00fcrgewald. The aim was to gather innovative ideas on living, working, mobility, and open space design to shape B\u00fcrgewald as a livable and future-oriented community.<\/p>\n
Collaborative Exchange at Topic Tables<\/h2>\n
Following a brief introduction by the planning team, attendees gathered at four topic tables moderated by team members. Each table focused on a specific theme:<\/p>\n
1. New Living<\/strong> How do we want to live in B\u00fcrgewald in the future? This question was discussed by citizens at the planning tables in the CUBITY. \u00a9 Sharon Nathan<\/p><\/div>\n At these tables, posters displaying analysis results and perspective sketches on various building typologies and spatial development concepts for B\u00fcrgewald were presented. Citizens discussed the sketches, evaluated spatial qualities, and selected reference images that they felt best suited B\u00fcrgewald\u2019s future needs. Participants marked their preferences with stickers and added comments on index cards, leading to lively exchanges and dynamic discussions.<\/p>\n Several key suggestions emerged from the evening:<\/p>\n New Living:<\/strong> Participants expressed a desire for sustainable and community-oriented housing, such as green residential courtyards and energy-efficient buildings that integrate nature with contemporary living. New Work and Innovation:<\/strong> Flexible workspaces and co-working areas were welcomed. In particular, innovative centers attracting startups and creative professionals gained significant support.
New Open Spaces:<\/strong> There was strong interest in nature-based recreational areas and outdoor meeting spaces that promote social interaction and leisure activities. Ideas like community gardens, playgrounds, and spaces for art and culture were warmly received.
New Mobility and Infrastructure:<\/strong> Mobility was another key topic. W\u00fcrdigung des CUBITY f\u00fcr sein innovatives Konzept<\/h2>\r\nDem CUBITY wurde die Auszeichnung \u201eVorbildliche Bauten im Land Hessen 2020\" verliehen. Die renommierte Auszeichnung wird von dem Land Hessen und der Architekten- und Stadtplanerkammer Hessen auf dem Gebiet des nachhaltigen Planens und Bauens in der Preiskategorie Neubau, Auszeichnung Vorbildlicher Bauten im Land Hessen 2020, vergeben.\r\n\r\nDas Auszeichnungsverfahren \u201eVorbildliche Bauten im Land Hessen \u2013 Preis f\u00fcr Architektur und St\u00e4dtebau\u201c wird im Turnus von drei Jahren ausgelobt. Die Auszeichnung wird seit 1954 vergeben und z\u00e4hlt zu den \u00e4ltesten anerkannten Architekturpreisen in Deutschland. Die Auszeichnung hatte das CUBITY bereits im Jahr 2022 erhalten, die Plakette wurde 2024 nun offiziell \u00fcberreicht.\r\n\r\n
